Barnivalgjengen offers quality music and fun for kids. We have a great and funky jazz parade, and a host barnivalkonserter malejam.

Environmental group takes care of the signs, Sailing, stalls and make sure it looks pretty informative and at the Kongsberg Jazz Festival.

Green Environment – Eco-Friendly Activity

Shall ensure that Blekkulf have no reason to point anklangende with one or more tentacles. Fits to the festival meet its obligations in connection with the Eco status and to facilitate that we will have a green and beautiful festival.

Inter group takes care of the beloved Internet café and ensure that we officers get dull and tired look out at peace. Arranges for accommodation for those who need it and ensure that our volunteers have access to breakfast and dinner.

ICT Group

A group that aims to ensure that everything databases, grensesnittbrukerverdier, mouse, network, Printers, Internet and e-mail works before, during and after the festival. Has own Teletubbie, that contribute to the festival's many officials can get together on a mobile phone.

Church Square Management ensures that arrangements for Tubaloon runs smoothly and you thought it all, lifts, measured, rigged, delegated…. Kima is a liaison and coordinates all activities that occur Tubaloon.

Chaos
Vegard Birch Farm
This group is actually named Liquidation Group, but already in the festival's previous history sneaked KAOS name into. (The group should be called “Prevent chaos” after efforts to assess). Chaos is responsible for the practical implementation of the arrangements. The tasks are many and varied and usually of a practical nature. Index: Driving, Lessing, unloading, bæring, carpentry, construction, sjauing, lifting, Retrieval, bringing, stabling og rigging. The group has a close and dear co-operation with the Technical Group.

Servicegruppa

Ensure that the musicians / managers / technicians get what they need in relation to food / drink, cupboard space at venues, hotel accommodation etc.. and that they come at the right time and in the right place when it comes to sound-checks, press conferences, concerts / clubs or other events. In brief – ensure that they have a pleasant stay while in Kongsberg. Services and Transport Group works closely.

Mediegruppa
Petter Lande
Whose mission is to organize information about Kongsberg Jazz Festival to the public and the press, and help to promote the festival in advance of and during the festival. This is done through newspaper, radio, facebook, twitter, websites and television, In addition to its own publications.

Programme
Tor Lund Dalaker
The Committee is responsible for putting together such a great artistic program as possible within the economic framework at any given time. Program Committee will be elected at the festival meeting of the Supervisory. Members of the committee possesses great musical knowledge and interest in and is very well-to-date on jazz front, and some are also performing musicians. Program Committee takes sometimes up "secondees" to recruit young people into.

Salgsgruppa

This group is responsible for all sales of tickets and selling various items such as T-shirts, posters and other supplies during the festival. Tickets go on sale before the festival takes place at all post, Starbucks, via Ticket Service and the festival's own office. Tove Flesjø V is t-shirt Manager.

Sanitetsgruppa

Provides medical assistance for large concerts and bike around town ambulance. Provides assistance to small and large damages.

Lighting and Scenography
Kåre Nordseth (Tech)
A small mini-group under technical with great responsibility. A few very creative and highly professionally skilled people are responsible for the design and decoration of all our scenes.

Transport
Trond Brandtzæg
Officials in this group is responsible for the transport of musicians and their companions during the festival. Transport works closely with service.

Tech
Peter Norby
This group is responsible for sound and lights for all festival events. Most people working in this group is the scholar in the field. The happy amateur days are over.

When the public let in to the festival's events have attracted the group responsible. The host club and his helpers ensures that the public will have a nice and safe experience. Their responsibilities include everything from innslipp of the public to have an overview of emergency exits in case of fire. Many of the guards are also good first aid, so if the worst happens during a club or concert, guard is in place. In other words,: public service is the duty assignment.
