Christian's basement is a listed and traditional apartment building on the west side. Here you will find the restaurant Opsahl farm with Gastropub and music Christian basement cellar. You can still find a fire damaged beams from the fire in 1810. The concerts during the jazz festival is held mostly in the pleasant courtyard. Address: Church Street 10. www.christianskjeller.no.

In sjarmerende Hyttegata is the little extra, here you can get delicious food and beverages in addition to jazz, both indoors and outdoors. During the festival it is an idyllic oasis in the back garden, where you can find the temptation for both the palate and ears during the day. Address: Hyttegt 18. www.detlilleextra.no.

Energy Mill

Brick building from the last century which houses a large part of cultural life in Kongsberg. One of the main stages during the jazz festival. Address: Møllebakken 7. www.energimolla.no

The field Gallery

Gallery Åkern is a private gallery for contemporary art, driven by Paula Fure and Svein Westad. The gallery is a restored, old brewery, is situated in the old west side neighborhood in Kongsberg. Deep in the gallery garden is a small Japanese-inspired garden with karpedam and a small teahouse with thatched roofs, built in Japanese style. The then Japanese ambassador Nonoyama has tea its name: A Year getsu, which means the little house under the clouds and moon. Address: Hyttegt 16. www.galleriaakern.no

Kongsberg Church

Kongsberg church is a distinctive and richly furnished baroque church, inaugurated in 1761. The three rococo chandeliers in Kongsberg church is among the largest, beautiful and opulently designed armkroner of glass found in the Nordic countries. Address: Church Square.

Kongsberg theater was inaugurated in 1965 and was soon nicknamed "lemon pressed" because of its distinctive architecture. The hyper-modern cinema- and theater house was designed by the architectural firm Ljøterud and Odegaard. Even today it is with its central location, the city's most prominent buildings. Kongsberg Jazz Festival Centre by the host club.
This farm is among the oldest, if not the oldest, of the city's houses. Sharing av it comes around. 1630. The sources from the time it is called “Compagniet tough Gaard” or “Compagniet own Residence”. In the courtyard of Naufgården express the concept “Avanthagen” Saturday afternoon during the jazz festival. In the western end of Nybrua express Pope scene. On the green grass in a park in the middle of town you will find the great frikonserten every Saturday during the festival. Dolly Dimple / Big Horne is located next to Pope scene.
